There are no fees at all. If you upgrade though in the middle of your payments though you are suppose to pay it off though (unless that changed). If you are upgrading when your pass expires then your monthly amount will just go up a little. - TheRealEvilQueen  24.4 #4710 9:06PM

I have 3 more days on a 4 day summer park hopper to use and usually upgrade to a socal AP w/parking. However, i feel getting a premium and avoiding paying for parking two more times plus all the food discounts will make up for it. Hmmm... Do it @Polkadobo! If you upgrade to a premium ap at the park, they'll even reimburse you for that days parking. Plus they'll give you credit for your 3 day. The amounts vary depending on where you bought it. I upgraded from one from costco & got $150 credit. You won't regret it. - VeloMouseGirl  549.7 #202 9:18PM
