I love really, really dark chocolate, and I've found that I'm satisfied with only a little bit. Bonus: it has antioxidants and fiber! - Spoonful_O_Sugar

I'm old so fortunately I don't have that time of the month anymore, but when I did, I always gave in to the chocolate cravings. SO hard not to (and who needs more misery!). - msdizmaui

Oh, and the Weight Watchers or Skinny Cow ice creams are low-cal, low-fat, and quite delicious! For me, it's better to give in a little to a craving than to avoid "bad" foods all together--I'll just end up bingeing on something dumb that I really don't want like a can of frosting, a bag of chocolate chips, or a whole thing of ice cream! - Spoonful_O_Sugar

Oh cool! I hope you like them--they can be pretty pricey, but they go on sale often enough :) - Spoonful_O_Sugar
