For those of you have attended the Halloween time at DISNEYLAND, were you allowed to enter the park prior to the event hours 6-11pm? I have a premium AP so I'm not asking for myself but we have friends who want to attend and it depends on the hours which day we can go. I figure it's only those time frames but I'm asking just in case. TIA.
@prettypixie. Yes we were. Check the info on the AP website pertaining to the event and it should tell you the time that you can enter this year. - sr citizen space ranger

@GoofyJoe Thanks for letting us know that you wore your costumes the whole time. This will be my first year going to the halloween party with a pass and I was concerned I'd have to change into my costume at 4 when they allowed everyone from the party to enter. Woohoo!! - JenInWonderland

We will be attending for the first time this year also. Do they start herding out the people that haven't purchased tickets at some point? That must be quite a job. - PixieMom

@pixiemom. They do remove the people from the lands and rope them off. The only way to get into the lands until the non event goers are gone is by showing a wristband. Am I remembering right that there was a separate entrance for those going to the party? - sr citizen space ranger

We went last year, there is a separate ticket Turnstyle for party guests. They didn't really rope off the lands last year but they stopped allowing non wristbands in line for rides and escorting guests toward main street at 6 there were many cms checking wristbands in every land for the first hour - Pixarprincess

Ok I think they can get into the park early. I'll just call and ask. The event time on the 21st of Oct which is when we're planning on going is 7-12pm. I was hoping they could get in a few hours early with just their event tickets. We have our APs so we'll be there all day. Thanks. - PrettyPixie

Online it says that you can enter the park 3 hours prior to the event since they close the park to the general guests early to prep. - DisneyRose
