Depending on how many kids, you could buy those wooden block cars ad have the kids customize their own. If it's a small group it shouldn't be too much $$. You could also do a scavenger hunt... Not sure what the age group is, but here are a few ideas. Activity: Create your own license plates with anything crafty. Have them design them then you can display them at the party. Game: Don't wake the tractor! Name someone as the tractor and have them pretend to be sleeping. Surround them with toy cars. Everyone else has to creep up and take a car without waking the tractor. If the tractor wakes and tags you then you switch spots. Activity: Find the Cars character in the yard. Put out a few pics of different cars characters in the yard. Several of each maybe.
