Wifi is very limited inside the parks. At DCA you can sometimes pick up wifi by the Grizzly Rapids from the hotel. At DL my CM friend told me that sometimes you can pick up wifi at the hat shop up on Main Street. Right outside the shop is some gates to go back stage. I haven't tried that spot yet.
