i am going to be getting AP (thanks to the payment option for ALL californians woohoo). but i want to get them a few months before we go... is that possible with payment plan option?! if so, would i recieve my first monthly bill shortly after getting AP or shortly after i activate them?! sorry for all the questions tonight... i really appriciate your help :)
