I may be a homer but hats off to all CMs at the DLR. In my 40 years of visiting, I have NEVER had a bad time. It can't be nearly as easy to be a CM as I think it is. Thank you to every Cm on this App or not!!!
Yes!! You can never thank CMs enough. They have such a thankless job and deserve to be praised for all the hard work they do! A lot of people are not kind or appreciative which makes for a difficult job! Thank you! - AKMouse

I agree. Some go out of their way to make your day. Not a lot of ppl out there in the "normal" world that do that. I can always count on dl for that. - kristeee22

Remember; try to catch the name of CM, where they were working, and time...then go to city hall and leave a comment card on your experience. I know in some guest service industries..companies base a lot on comment cards during review times.

Yes it's true. It feels amazing the next day you come in to work and they let us know that guests actually took their time to leave a comment about their experience. That is truly very magical to us being CMs. - Mariabell23_CM
