People pay so much hard saved money for those tickets and then there fake how sad is that. I hope they give her a few years plus have to pay the people she took there money back. When we were in Disneyland in dec there was a family there and only one pf the tickets worked the rest were all fakes and disney went above and beyond to get a hold of the seller - cowboygoofy

Caveat emptor. That's why we always purchase our tixs online from Disney. If it's too good to be true... - proudcanuck

I'm glad this woman got arrested, shame on her. Sadly, if the ticket prices weren't so high, then maybe people wouldn't have to resort to CL to get them cheaper and end up getting scammed by these types of awful people :-( - VivaHate88

I like how people are trying justify stealing by blaming Disney for high prices. - Mrsblue
692.4 #145 10:52PM
I don't think anyone's trying to justify stealing, but the fact that prices are rising probably is pushing lower income families to buy from these people who end up scamming them. :( - michelIe

I know many lower income families who would NOT resort to buying scam tickets. If you can't afford to go, then you stay home. And Disney offering the payment plan for all of CA shows they want to make it afforable for everyone. - Mrsblue

Happy she's been served. No place for fakes. My parents wanted to search craigslist for tix and convinced them not too. Not worth the risk. - JRAM91
