okay question if I wanted to go to city hall and give compliments do I need the cm's last name ? I mean if I went and said Maynard Im sure they would know who I was talking about about but cmbaloo kinda has a common name how do be sure the props go to the right person ?

We put in a compliment the other night and they asked if we knew which city they were from and where they were stationed. - craziemutant

Just first name and location and maybe a description of them. If you give too much info on them like last name etc. They won't count it towards them because it would be like a personal thing. Like you know him and that's why he was nice to you. - melimouse
