I brought my little cousins to the park today and they were so excited to get to meet the famous Spieling Peter. He was so sweet to them. He's my favorite character in all of Disneyland. 

To @cavves, he's usually playing musical chairs with the mad hatter and alice by the coke corner around 2 pm on the weekdays, but your best bet would be to ask the cast members near pixie hollow if he's in for the day, and they'll tell you where you can find him.
