Not to bring things down cuz that's not me but I'm super sad right now. A hard part of military life is transfer season...we just said goodbye to our best friends here as they head to the east coast now. Sorry I just have a heavy heart. Transition with my husbands new job and our BFF's gone now. Geez

When he is deployed my nephew who is 3 has a big candy jar with a piece of candy in it for Every day he is deployed. It's called his Daddy Candy. And he was sooo excited today because it only had 3 pieces left in it and one of them he got to take to the airport with him. - Mrsblue

It helps him count the days and watch the candy go down because he doesn't understand the calender plus he gets the candy everyday. Which is like a special treat since Daddys not there to do Daddy things with him. - Mrsblue
