If DCA closes at 830 on Wed but WOC is scheduled at 9 , is that for park guests to stay or Grad Night?

No one can enter pass 830 (so dont leave the park) and all the rides are shut down. You stay in the park until after WOC is over and then you're ushered out. - KissDclown 1088.4 #77 8:28PM
