Good for getting out of the rain or hot sun. I am not a fan really bc there is the "house of the future" which is really already here. Don't think of me as a hater but innoventions us not my type of place.. some things are cool but I come to DL for rides.. it definitely is a cool place to check out at least once, but I wouldn't make it a must go every trip kind of attraction.. just my 2 cents.. they show and teach you about how yo be greener and they show you the difference between incandescent and LED bulbs.. they also talk about renewable and nonrenewable resources... they also have a robot called AISMO... - DonaldMissingPants  296.2 #631 3:01PM

Its a pretty cool place. Two stories, and the have a lot of electronics that will most likley be standard in most houses in a decade or less. The lower story is your average home. Bedrooms for the family (composed of CM's) with lots of nifty gadgets, like a mirror that shows you in a outfit, and also a family room, that has virtual checkers, a phone gallery table (that, is an awesmoe table) and lots of other nifty things. Upstairs is the entertainment/ health mega room, plus ASIMO. Up stairs, you can check your BMI, play video games, watch how advanced our tech has gotten, and check what your dream future would be like. Plus, there's hidden mickeys all over XD as soon as you walk in, you see a demo of some future object. There's a car that only exhausts water, and a virtual band, and probabley something else.
