I can't sleep! We're bringing our almost 2 yr old grandson, Jaiden to the DLR for our 1st time on Fri w/ out his Mom hovering over us constantly. We've dreamt of this day for over 2 years. He's great kid that can be reasoned w/ & doesn't really throw fits (w/ us at least). Any ideas on must do things w/ Jaiden or must nots? All I can do is think about it so no sleep for me for a while!
No advice here...just wishing you a magical day!!! Vern and I waited 5 years to take our granddaughter , Autumn, to the parks! So I know how excited you are! I'm smiling for you! Have fun!! - vernswifevickie

Take it slow and enjoy him enjoying everything would be my advice. Avoid long lines as much as possible and take plenty of snacks and drinks and wipes. Have fun! - BLG

What disney movies does he like? My daughter, just turned 3 but has been going to dl since we moved down here 1.5 years ago, loves going on nemo and seeing the fish. Just cover his eyes when the sharp tooth fish appears - a little startling. Dumbo, although he may not see too much from his seat. The carousel they love! Like previously mentioned, just take it slow, naps are always a good idea, especially if you plan staying up later to catch woc or fireworks. Have a magical time! :-) - Roboito

He loves Disney playhouse & he's a huge Handy Manny fan. Mickey mouse is quickly becoming part of his vocabulary!
