I have heard of that place and I think some of my son's friends used it. It seems pretty snarky but I hear it is a shop. So, of all the posts about selling the days on a multiple pass, I wonder how there getting away with this when everyone says it illeagal - SupremeLeader

They just haven't gotten caught yet I have seen multiple CMs including Dahulagirl post on the selling off days on a multi day ticket. Pretty soon Disney is going to require thumbprints for tickets so people can't cheat the system. It says right on DL website tickets are NON transferrable. - Mrsblue

Okay I just talked to my son about it and it is a store but even he said it is obviously it's not on the up and up and that they do buy like 7 day park hoppers and you pay for your day on that ticket (like 50 or 55 dollars) and you have to sign a wavier not to take any surverys or tell anyone where you got the tickets blah blah. So he said I am sure it is wrong. Amazing that they are doing it under DL's nose. Something isn't right here - SupremeLeader

Cesium....ahhhh very shady!! I'm like how are they operating around the corner in a office building and getting away with this!? My son said something to me about this months ago and someone posted something to this effect on this post and it reminded me of it.
