I'll admit, all the people planking is definitely funny, however, a lot of people are doing it wrong (believe it or not there is a certain way). your hands are supposed to be at your sides with your legs straight out (not crossed) with your feet pointing straight out. Lastly, the most important part is to have your head straight down, not looking up or looking to the side ;). Like I said they are funny though.
