Can an AP buy the Halloween Party tickets for anyone? I bought a Premium AP last night but can't use it until I activate it at the park in October. I really want to get tickets for the Oct 21 Halloween Party (we're coming down for the MW B-Day). I don't want to wait until July to buy them in case this date sells out. If anyone can help me out please text me :) TIA
