I have a question hoping someone can help me !! I've heard that ppl w/ anxiety problems can have a speical pass to go through the line just like Fast Pass users . Now my Mom has problems W/ anxiety which is sad bc there's times where she can't get on rides as a fam !! Would one have to show proof @ city hall to get the pass ? Or do they do this speical thing still ??? Please help me MW'ers .

A past post said you do not need to disclose medical condition. Hope no one abuses it - E-Ticket  772.5 #128 9:20AM
Oh wow, I have what I thought was bad social anxiety, but never bad enough to keep me out of lines. :/ I would talk to city hall... - shewastomorrow  55.9 #3644 9:21AM
You will still have to wait in lines. And the lines can be longer, - LoveLove  345.9 #422 9:22AM
Definitely talk to city hall. However, I would be concerned about her safety on some of the longer attractions and/or if one experienced a downtime. Although she does not have to reveal the nature of her condition, they will be able to better assist her with recommendations if she does. Hope it all works out and she has a wonderful time! - PieRatAL  619.7 #176 9:27AM
I used to have a GAC for social anxiety many moons ago...but I'm getting a lot better at it....but now like I said before drama and tension gets me stressed and I have my anxiety attacks...as you may have notice I try to stop.stuff.on here cause I end up reading it and flip out. - DisneyVillain  355.8 #400 9:32AM
I don't believe they will give you one for social anxiety anymore. My friend has it and back in March they told her then maybe Disneyland isn't for her because they are always crowded. - PrincessTianaCM  213.1 #1447 9:36AM
It's not so much social it's the whole dark in tunnel stuff !! I think it's the feeling of being trapped !! So idk we shell see !! Thx guys for all ur help !! - jmza4  239.2 #31532 9:38AM
Well I did have mine back in 03 and got rid of it in 04 :/ so then idk, tall to city hall. - DisneyVillain  355.8 #400 9:40AM
@jzma that's exactly how my friend feels but they told us a 5 year old probably feels like that TRUE STORY she was very rude and a little inconsiderate. - PrincessTianaCM  213.1 #1447 9:44AM
@ PrincessTianaCM That's what I was thinking PrincessTianaCM when I read ur post !! I would have been upset n mad !! That is rude !! Walt made DL for everyone not just one type of person !! I would have asked for a supervisor after that issue !! - jmza4  239.2 #31532 9:47AM
I didn't know you could do that. My daughter suffers from Anxiety/PTSD and we just try to go when it's not crowded. She has a service dog, but we don't take her in the park much because some people attempt to play with her or distract her when she's 'working', and then my daughter gets more anxious than she was! Def gonna have to check this out. - Gia  785.6 #121 9:50AM
@gia0330 I would most deff check it out @ City Hall or even call ! N maybe talk w/ someone higher up ! - jmza4  239.2 #31532 12:10PM
