If its a steak you are going for; I would recommend Steakhouse 55. The steaks are amazing and you will have more options to choose from. Make sure to let them know its his bday (or wear the bday button) and they will bring a free dessert out for him. To answer your question about the portion size at Napa Rose; they are not huge portions but they are not tiny either. Most guys would probably want something else like a soup or salad to go along with the main course. Have you seen the current menu they have?
