My favorite place to eat is the Cafe Orleans. I love the pomme frites and monte cristo. Not only are they both delicious but it is comfort food to the max. It just makes my tummy and soul happy. - aidensmama

My most favorite place to eat is Napa Rose. I would eat there every time if I could. I can't really choose a favorite dish because the menu is seasonal and changes frequently. The food is exceptional and the service is impeccable. The cost is only a few dollars more than the Blue Bayou but you cannot put the Blue Bayou against Napa Roses food or service. ๎ - Dahulagirl

I'm a vegetarian, so it's much harder for me to find food in the parks. I usually stuck to ice cream at the golden horseshoe or a veggie burger from hungry bear. But since using MouseWait, I've found that Rancho(which I couldn't even locate before) has cheese enchiladas, Bengal BBQ has veggie kabobs and where I can find a three cheese Monte cristo. Very valuable information for my trip in T-5 days. - DelilahJo3

The places we always have to eat at are Blue Bayou, Cafe Orleans and Rancho Del Zocalo. Blue Bayou for the atmosphere and Jambalaya, Cafe Orleans for beignets, and Rancho for tasty, big portions. For DCA, Wine Country Trattoria. Good food, good wine. 'nuff said. :-D - Fanatic4Disney

Okay I'm not going to name just one because I just can't...1. Club 33 because it is an incredible experience (I have only had the chateaubriand so I only have one option for a favorite)
2. Blue Bayou for the atmosphere more than anything
3. Steakhouse 55 (for another great steak dinner)
4. Plaza Inn chicken because it is yummy and affordable (I usually split it with my daughter)
And someday soon I hope to add Napa Rose to the list!

Napa Rose is the best in the area, by far. Sit at the Chef's Counter. If Chef Alex is there, ask if he can put together a tasting menu for you. They don't normally do this, but if you ask nicely and they aren't too busy, they will take care of you. Get the wine pairing too, they have killer wines.
This is a total foodie experience. Not cheap, but well worth it if you are a foodie. Probably about $300 for two all included. - Normstar

I must repeat what many have already said regarding plaza inn and cafe Orleans, as a semi-budget conscious choice. For those attempting to eat on an even slimmer dime, I have to give a shout out to tortilla joes in dtd. They have a nacho app that fed three of us for dinner for $11.95! Filet Mignon from the Blue Bayou :) It is absolutley delicious. I like my steak cooked very well and the waiter listened very closely, and when he brought the steak back, told me the chef "butterfly cooked" the meat so that it was cooked all the way through. Monte cristo at Blue Bayou! It's super yummy and the atmosphere is awesome! Also love the chicken at Plaza Inn! It's fun to sit out on their patio and people watch!! I used to love the French dip at that place in NOS until that quit making it! Oh and I guess I should give a shout out to burgers at Hungry Bear!! :) it's all great!! - brittandkell

I don't think anyone has said this yet - I love the Clam Chowder bread bowls at Royal Street Veranda. Perfectly creamy with herbs and potatoes, not fishy at all. And the bread for dipping, yummy! Now I want one just thinking about it! - Alicewhoareyou

We loved Ariel's Grotto for the WOC dinner. The Mafalde pasta was delicious and my husband loved the tri tip. The all you can eat appetizers, salad and desserts were wonderful - kskating
