Can anyone report when you see the Wind Test white balloon - what direction and when? I'm suspicious we have too much of a SSE breeze for Fireworks...

Yes, its on the end of Main street by the corn dog cart and Plaza Inn. Look up in the sky about 5-10 minutes before they start the show. - BaseballMickey_CM 2992.9 #15 9:42PM
