Share a fun fact about yourself! I'll go first - I have a pet cockatiel who whistles pirates of the caribbean every night to tell me he wants to go to bed (he also whistles it when he is happy).  yo ho, yo ho, a pirates life for me...

My parents had a cockatiel when I was a baby and my mom got a puppy who ate him :( It is partly my dad's fault for naming him Munchie. - JennDear  16.5 #8155 9:51PM
No way!! Thats so cool!! :) - disneygirl19  122.3 #3178 9:52PM
I've always wanted a cockatiel for that very reason, so I can teach it awesome songs! I love animals and I want to be a vet tech or something in either Animal Kingdom or The Seas at Epcot in WDW someday, it's my dream. There's my fun fact :) - MissAriel  40.8 #5179 9:57PM
That is so sad JenDear. I had another cockatiel when I was a kid that died while eating popcorn. Not sure if he choked or just dies of old age. At least he had his favorite food as a last meal - He was a great bird! - ghosthost  338.0 #713 9:58PM
I've never had a bird, but I have had a few dogs. Most of which didn't last long. - MagicalCaprice  480.7 #442 10:00PM
That would be a great career MissAriel - ghosthost  338.0 #713 10:00PM

Growing up we had a cockatiel that would watch my mom put something in the microwave, and then as soon as she left the room he would beep just like the microwave. My mom would come back in, see the food still cooking and be very confused. She finally caught on after a couple of times. Us kids thought it was hilarious. - Nikkia2020  7.2 #13827 10:04PM

My cat sort of..earned her name..! As a kitten, after going to the litter box, she'd have 'remnants' stuck to her fur...and so, she became little Miss Dingleberry! I had the most beautiful mastiff named Bella. I had to give her away though because no one would help me out with her and being 8 months pregnant at the time and getting dragged around the block by a 170 lb. dog isn't to fun. Fun to watch I reckon. Hope to get one again though when my girls r a little older. They r the best dogs! - deedub  41.2 #5157 8:32AM
