The goat effect is turning your body around and looking at the goat as you turn. It makes it feel like youre whipped around the turn faster - shadowgamer

You'll get a strange feeling in your stomach...it has something to do with your brain focusing on one thing (the goat) while your body does something else (whips around a high-G corner) - SergZak
