Question for H3D and/or anyone else who can answer! I know you have exp with law enforcement, but if I need to get a ticket I received in Santa Ana signed off can I take it to any officer? Or do I just go to a police station? I'm new to this making corrections to my vehicle thing :) TIA
"Speaking from experience" ahem! You need to take it into a PD agency & pay a fee to do so. However, I heard that there is another way of getting it signed off that is cheaper/no cost - possibly @ the courthouse. Not too sure on the latter. - weaver941

Best bet is CHP station. Call local PD to verify they will sign off. Even though they can some refer to courts and CHP to do the sign off and inspection. Certain fix it's require proof of fix such as headlamps adjustment, exhaust referee, and stuff. - HotDiggityDogDaddy

Thanks everyone, I had to attatch a front license plate and now lovingly refer to my little red car as McMater... It looks like it has bright white buck teeth! :( - bellapistola

Bella, you can cover everything on the front plate but the license plate number/letters. Oh and fire departments refer to Scions as rolling coffins. - HotDiggityDogDaddy
