ok, this is a NSA. It is diff. then a ReADD. But it works the same in this case. Any ride, any visit. We use them for all kinds of reasons, replacing items, ride addmissions, etc. - BalooTBear

Just a lot of things went wrong certain cast members were beyond rude. I get it I work customer service 12 hrs a day but when someone is saying please and even thank you after your attitude and you still think it's ok to mumble curse words cause you're upset about something... that's not okay to me. Anyways I wrote a letter not complaining just stating I was a little dissapointed and it wasn't something I wanted the person with me to experience on their FIRST time there. I really wasn't expecting anything just maybe an apology but when I received these it was amazing so I wrote a thank you as well. - pintsize
