Remember it's not just about losing weight but getting healthy. Cut the junk out, don't take all these crazy supplements that "trim" away the fat. Eat healthy get active and look forward to a longer life

I used to be so obsessed with what weight I am, and when i didn't lose weight, i would just give up and binge on junk food! Now I'm like, if i feel better, my confidence is still up, and my BP is low, then I'm happy - Madi

Another thing that can slow weight loss is not eating enough. I was so stuck on losing weight at any cost and wasnt getting enough calories so my body wouldn't let any go. Now I use fitness pal and it tells me how many calories I need with the amount I am working out in order to lose weight and since using this app have lost 2 lbs since monday. Also I wasn't drinking enough water which is needed to get rid of all the nasty stuff in your body. - GonzalezCrew

Nope, everyone wants you to think food is the enemy but it's not. Of course excessive eating isn't going to help you either but knowing how much you need helps out a lot and when you work out you need more calories which alot of people don't know. - GonzalezCrew
