So my wife and I were thinking that it is too bad that, with all the money and effort that it takes to put up the screen & seats for the premiere, they should just run it for an extra week (midnight shows) to let paying fans see it. I would have paid a $100 bucks or so to see it there ($1000 was too much though).
But they need ti take it down so they can continue operation of the mark twain, columbia, canoes, and fantasmic.. they would get complaints - DonaldMissingPants

Yeah I guess. Maybe just a couple days then. They could show classics during park hours instead of fantasmic. It could be fun. - ghosthost

It is all about the experience, the $1,000 isn't too much when you consider your one of the first to see the film and be a part of the premier experience. That is a once in a lifetime thing. I've played Pebble Beach 3 times, that is $1,500... But it is the round of a lifetime that I have had the pleasure to experience 3 times.. To mingle with the stars, all the perks, if you have it, I think it would be worth it.. - MMDiver

@mmdiver - I agree it would be worth it; I just couldn't afford it. I'm a golfer too and Pebble is on my bucket list. Someday. - ghosthost

It would be pretty sweet if they could keep it! - calidream1

I think they priced it at $1,000 because they didn't really want a bunch of the public disruppting celebs. They knew most of us wouldn't purchase the tickets at that price. - TashaJones94
