hello everyone, I'm new to this side and wanted to say Hi. I have been trying to lose some weight since having my son and I love the encouragment you give each other. I have about 20lbs to go but will settle for 15. I just got Turbo fire in the mail and am going to start on monday. Has anyone tried this and been succesfull?
I've never tried that, but we at Chub33 will support you through your ups and downs. I am definitly rooting for you. Here are some tips: don't deprive yourself of sweets because one day you will "cheat" and start binging on sweets! so give yourself a small reward to avoid this, or a healthy sweet snacks (choco covered strawberries, peanut butter apples) also pounds are everything, inches show off your real weight loss! good luck!!! - Madi

Thank you Madi, yes I know all to well the consequences of depriving myself. After I had my daughter I always allowed myself one chocolate a day and lost 40 lbs within the year, not having that luck this time. I finished p90x and didn't lose much weight but did drop 2 sizes. Well I got todays workout in and am doing pretty good writing down my calorie intake, but started a new birth control pill today as well so hopefully that won't slow down my progress. - GonzalezCrew
