Maybe I'm late but the ginger scent is back in the "Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue" dark ride in DCA, when you enter the room for Harry Hausen's sushi restaurant. Random I know, but just though I'd share for the other Monsters, Inc lovers out there! (not to mention i LOOOVE ginger) For those who have no clue what I'm talking about, it's similar to the oranges scent in Soarin' or the smell of watermelon & cookies on Heimlich's Chew Chew Train. hehe
That's cool. I've never noticed that before. Maybe it wasn't working when I rode it. Thanks for letting us know. I love Monsters Inc. - DisneyVillainLover

It was fairly strong to me (although I think ginger is a strong smell in general). I did notice that it was strongest at the restaurant entrance with Harry, as oppose to the end of the room - jacqueMeetsWorld

Yup also when you get to the last 3 doors that play a little clip, if you ever get the abominable snowman he askes you if youd like a snow cone and their yellow he says its lemon i promise, right then yellow smell lemon! Just another little thing to add - EvyJoBonCM
