I asked for a non smoking room and a king sized bed, they deliberately ignored my requests and the havent gotten around to fixing the elevator yet... the check in service was horrible.. i waited for hours for service at the check in desk but no one appeared so i checked in myself... and No room service! - DonaldMissingPants 296.2 #633 9:30PM
