Hi MWers! I have a question for you...my hubby and I are going to DL in june and I will be about 24 weeks pregnant. I have a pretty good idea of what rides are ok to go on, but what about POTC? It doesnt have an expectant mothers warning but do you think the drops are ok? thanks for any insight and have a magical day :)

POTC is perfectly fine. I went on it at 42 weeks. - Marieeezy

Not that it is ok but I have a friend that went on CA Screamin at 14 weeks. I'm sure you'll be fine on POTC. - CherryTreeLane

I rode it and was fine. It's not really the drop you have to worry about it's the slamming into other boats is what is the worry I know most expectant mothers have. - Smart.tea

Any ride that doesn't have a height requirement is ok to ride. So yes, pirates is fine. I went when I was 12 weeks and again when I was about 25 weeks and I went on everything I could! - brodysmommy

I went on it at thT exact time in my pregnancy.... I don't want to give you medical advise, only you know what your comfortable with for you and your baby. :) however mine is now 8 mo. Old. So going at 24 weeks prego was fine for me. Every woman knows her momma instincts. :) have fun!! - fireflymom

I went on everything that didn't have a height requirement until I was about to pop! You should be fine, unless it has a pregnancy warning! Have fun girl! - PrettyPixie
