This diet is killing me 1 week in. 4 small low calorie/fat meals, no processed foods or sweets. Only drinking water & tea w/ stevia. (Workout twice a day). Already seeing results, so that's good. Not breaking my diet until the 28th, which is the day of my trip to Disneyland from Arizona. Plan on having a "splurge" day at Denny's (on Harbor Blvd) & of course the food in the park. Vendors better be ready for me that day. That'll be my reward for all my hard work!
Mightaswell stop the diet now. It's all coming back. - MagicalCaprice

Once Im down to where I want to be, won't have to be as strict. Being an Army vet, I know I have the discipline. Kinda lost track when I got out the military. But I'm older now & know a lot more about a healthy diet not gonna lose track again. Not really that much overweight anyway just want my "Army body" back, ya know? - marcometer
