How the heck do I get my emoji app to work?!

Did you turn on the keyboard for it? Just look at the app and follow the directions - Madi 204.0 #1570 11:33AM

settings-general-keyboard, then find emoji? Not sure though since my Itouch is off, but from what i remember that's how you do it - Madi 204.0 #1570 11:42AM
