From a family friend, i have heard that it is really intense! she was exhausted the first couple days, but by day 6 she was feeling good about herself and was able to do the workouts without completely dying. she also lost up to 45 pounds and lost a lot of inches :) - Madi

I only lost 2 lbs but went from a size 10-11 to an 8. I guess it was from the muscle I gained that the scale didn't move. - GonzalezCrew

@Gonzalez- prob in December it's so far away! We live in Spokane, WA, so it's quite the expense. We're doing DL and WDW, but haven't decided which to do in Dec and which to do in Feb. When we plan our trip I'll let everyone know and I would love to meet some MWers!! - TandAlly
