I always bring a waterbottle with a bunch of Nestea or Crystal Light flavor pacs. This way, I just refill it all day, from a waterfountain, and it actually tastes good! Over a whole day, I can save at least $15. - proudcanuck

Tie a pinwheel or balloon to your stroller so you can find it amongst the masses. Carry a mini backpack with portable snacks for kids to snack in line and they'll be less grumpy and hungry for more expensive DL goods: fruit strip pieces, blueberries, fish crackers, squeezable applesauce. - Polkadobo
