Also, how does weight watchers work exactly and how has it worked for you?
WW assigns "points" to foods based on the nutritional values of the food. You are given a set number of points each day to use and a set of "Good Health Guidelines" to follow. GHGs are things like 5 servings of fruits and veggies, 2sevings of dairy, etc. So you "budget" your food choices using the points and following the good health guidelines. You are also given a set of "Weekly Points Allowance" to use in addition to your daily points. Weekly points can be used however you want or you can choose mot to use them. You also get extra points for exercise. I love the plan. Hope that helps a little. - vernswifevickie

WW didn't work for me. I have still lost some weight but I won't credit it to WW. I credit it to busting my bum in the gym and making healthier eating choices. - candymation
