The ears are chocolate candy melts, as is the coating. The recipe is from Bakerella's website but I had to tweak it a little to work for me! I ended up just using colored candy melts instead of coloring white ones as it's hard to find the proper coloring dye! - TinkerBritt84

I never thought about using the candy melts as ears. I tried making hello kitty ones for a friend, they ended up being very sweet. - Serendipity

Thanks! Don't add anything water based to the dip or it will NOT work!!! Also add some oil to dip to thin out a bit and don't let itbe too warm when u dip! It took lots of trial and error!! They are quite sweet tho. I made the balls a week before and froze them but dipped day before then stored in fridge. Post pics when u r done and good luck!! - TinkerBritt84
