Hello everyone, Does anyone know if you can use the GAD/GAD vouchers to upgrade AP 's? Thanks. 

You can use the GAD/GAD voucher as the down payment on an AP payment plan, but I haven't heard of being able to upgrade an existing AP with it. I'm thinking not because it is not listed as one of the options on the site's FAQs. - Gruy�re 18.2 #5255 12:29PM
