Question- are there really 3 seperate tracks on Indiana jones? If so how are they different?
No but there are 5 doors. Track inside is the same. Doors rotate around to make it look like 3 different doors. Pretty neat illusion. - Coaster

Since we're revealing stuff when you are at the boulder you car does NOT go backwards. The walls actually go forward. Sorry for the spoiler. Next time you are on an end seat look sideways at the ground. There is a gap between the wall and floor. You can see the wall move forward. Another cool illusion. - Coaster

Oopsie. Relative terms might be a little confusing. The wall moves away from the vehicle toward the boulder to give the illusion that you are moving backward. - Coaster

The Indy show building is the big building next to the tram stop. The noise you hear occasionally is the boulder. POTC and Mansion show buildings are outside the railroad tracks too. - Coaster
