I actually watch it from in front of haunted mansion. You can't see quite EVERY little detail. But there are far less people over there! - BriHizzle

the front section but in the back nearest the wall. Seriously I've gone ten minutes before the show and found great center row seats. There is usually some place you and your party can squeeze in at. I found seats for myself and six others just last week with 15 minutes to show time. - MayBie

There's this area right in the center by the main walkway through NOS that looks like it has a huge block of lights blocking your view. Right before showtime they get raised up so there's only a pole obstructing- I usually go for that spot - PrincessJ

in the middle behind the rope ...go to the second show which is much less crowded..i had a perfect spot on saturday and waited only 30 min - swingingwake

after Fantastmic is the fireworks...when that ends, everyone leaves...so keep an eye on that bridge during the fireworks and grab a spot. - swingingwake
