I think it's because they are proper name nouns? Peoples names aren't acceptable for that reason. Monday is weird but i could see Disney being a name and therefore not being usable - Pixarprincess

Jake has alternate meanings that are not a proper name. Look it up on dictionary.com :). It means satisfactory/ok & it was a prohibition liquor :). Proper name ban does not apply to jake but does to Disney :). I know - i'm a loser with nothing better to do :) - LilMermaid7
