Just wanted to share (since I've received concerned comments from a couple of people) you can still workout during pregnancy. Of course you don't want to be training for a marathon. So for all you mommy-to-bes out there, summer sanders has a great prenatal workout routine and Elizabeth Garcia gets your core ready with pilates you can buy these at target or watch on YouTube for free haha. Feels great when I add this to my morning walks!
I've heard that exercising regularly during pregnancy decreases the risk of childhood obesity!!! I really believe this, because when I had my first child I was still in high school, I did PE everyday and now my daughter is very athletic....
