What do you think about the amount of alcohol served at DCA? We were there on Friday and the person behind us in line reeked of beer. And I also saw some peeps walking around with drinks in the middle of the day like it was Vegas. Now don't get me wrong I enjoy a drink or two and I don't think it should be banned but it seems like it's much more out there now and I was wondering what you guys thought about it. Pls share your thoughts below. Thanks.

I think it's fine, and I'm not really a drinker. Haven't really noticed any problems. DCA is a good alternative to DL. - disney42dude(CM)  521.7 #222 10:35PM
I think there is a two drink minimum or something. Or so I heard I could be wrong - Mrsblue  692.4 #145 10:38PM
If their isn't a drink limit then there should be. But I see nothing wrong with enjoying a margarita or two to wind down. It's a really tough call bc some people can handle drinking and some people can't. - Marieeezy  588.9 #186 10:41PM
The maximum number of drinks an individual can purchase at one time is two. - disney42dude(CM)  521.7 #222 10:42PM
I'm too young to drink but I don't have a problem with it. Disney is pretty good with not allowing wasted people walking around so I've never had a problem with anyone there at all. - Heather  259.6 #913 10:45PM
If they allow those nasty as can be smokers then alcohol is okay. - mstiauna27  89.3 #3153 11:15PM
If there was a drink limit how would they know how many drinks u have bought or consumed. I would hate to see some drunk person ruin another families time there. But don't get me wrong I would love a cold drink on a hot day or just on my vacation. - lornejr  20.3 #5025 11:18PM
Do they card you if they see you walking around with a drink. It sounds like minors could just have someone buy them a drink. - megamouse15  8.4 #7390 11:33PM
We didn't drink at all at DCA, we knew the heat and exercise would get to us. I guess not everyone is the same - secrettripper  5.4 #9832 11:46PM
Some places scan your ID so if you buy it again it'll know how many times. I think...they do this at CVS lol - swingingwake  217.8 #1386 11:51PM
I was in line for World of Color once and these people had drinks in their hands and were being really loud and disruptive. It was annoying to me, but it was even more annoying to the couple with a little girl in front of them. She looked terrified! I think a drink or two is nice to unwind, but drunk people who can't handle their intake + disney = a no no in my opinion. - CMMinnieCouture  135.9 #2504 11:56PM
I've served alcoholic drinks to guests working @ DCA, and my take on it is just to be responsible like any adult should. CM's know what to do when encountering intoxicated guests around the park, especially getting on the rides. They are aloud to turn them away I'd they feel the guest is way to drunk. - Mulannn  108.8 #2919 1:00AM
If they couldn't drink at dca, they'd just walk a hundred yards to dtd and have drinks at the 10+ places that serve them. Or out to garden walk. Or bring in their own. Grown people should be able to manage their own intoxication. If not, security will eject anyone they find obviously impaired, regardless of where they got their substances. - bluefairy  627.1 #174 1:31AM
Before DCA we would take the monorail to the Disneyland hotel, drink and come back. I enjoy walking around with a beer at the park. I'm also not one to get drunk because I hate that feeling but a little buzz is fine. I've also seen a girl completely wasted stumbling around Disneyland falling out of her bra and shirt. It was very embarrassing all around. - KissDclown  1088.1 #77 4:51AM
Personally, I don't think it's necessary but to each their own. Just be responsible. - MikeyMouse  63.8 #3510 5:07AM
 that's the problem Mikey - people aren't responsible! Some of our very own fall into this category! Not sure why you need alcohol to have fun at the happiest place on earth! - Dreamseeker  526.9 #219 5:09AM
Like the advertisements say-DRINK RESPONSIBLY! - Mom2mm  60.7 #3565 5:16AM
Exactly Dreamseeker. - MikeyMouse  63.8 #3510 5:17AM
Not a fan of the alcohol in DCA, but as long as they don't bring it to Walt's original park, I'm good. - SweetLadyJess  18.0 #5284 5:35AM
I don't care about the alcohol. They should get rid of smoking though! - KB7364  0.5 #49577 5:58AM
I don't mind the alcohol and I think the 2 drink limit is more than reasonable. however, some people just... shouldn't drink. they have one or two cocktails and start acting like it's mardi gras or something. I was in line for soarin the other day and these people behind me were completely wasted and all over one another and making an insane amount of noise. then the girl proceeded to yell all the way throughout the attraction. - moonwalker  21.8 #4896 6:04AM
Awhile back my bf & I was in the tiki room. A guest was really drunk or high & was interrupting the CMs intro to the show! Once the intro was done the cm escorted the guest out! - CaptainJill  42.2 #3930 6:07AM
