Random act of kindness:
A random act of kindness is a selfless act performed by a person or persons wishing to either assist or cheer up an individual. The phrase may have been coined by Anne Herbert, who claims to have written "Practice random kindness and senseless acts of beauty" on a place mat at a Sausalito restaurant in 1982 or 1983.[1][2] Either spontaneous or planned, random acts of kindness are encouraged by various communities.

There was a girl walking through the mall yesterday clutching a cinderella doll. I had my extra fairy godmother vinyl in my purse for trading. I stopped her dad, winked, bent down and said, "did you know cinderella has a fairy godmother? I have her right here!" I pulled the vinyl out of my purse and gave it to the little girl. Her eyes were huge. tee hee! The dad smiled and said thanks and I said to him, "Practice at least one random act of kindness every day." - DuffysJuju
