In the book In Service to the Mouse (a memoir of the 1st President of DL) there's a chapter called My Main St were he says he thinks Main St should change with the times (updated street cars, building, lighting, etc.) Do you guys agree and think Main St should evolve as we do? Or are you like me and think it should always stay the way it is.
I think main st should stay the same..its like a piece of history that shouldn't be messed with - Evangeline

Yeah I was surprised he said this. Ibe never even thought twice about main st upgrade. It would just be wrong. - Fauna

Yeah. His thoughts is that it's supposed to remind the children's families (parents and grandparents) of when they were kids. But now we have grown so none of the kids parents have those thoughts or memories about main st. - Fauna
