Do you guys know if dogs are allowed in Downtown Disney?
As far as I know, I don't think so unless it's a special helper dog... Not 100% sure though - DonaldMissingPants

Possibly, if you were sticking your dog in Disney Dog Prison you would have to walk through DTD to get there so I guess it would be ok, but I can't recall ever seeing one - Zooter

In the state of California special assist dogs can not be denied access. You are also no required to provide any proof that your dog is an assist dog other then saying "This is my assist dog". Of course they are still required to behave and you are required to clean up after them lol - Sam241

I've seen people walk their small dog around in DTD and it doesn't look like they're taking them to the kennel. Maybe because they're small dogs, Disney police let it slide. - JediStitch

I sat next to a little dog hanging out in a sweater on the tram. When we got to dtd they let the little dog down and went shopping - Smart.tea
