it was radnom...I saw people standing up there about 10 mins before the fireworks and thought to go up there....I actually went up through the exit ramps and I think there might have been 8 other people up there but you could see all the fireworks, from the castle, to the side ones to toontown ones. you could even see them shooting off fireworks from the top of matterhorn which was really cool, oh and you can watch Tinkerbell also....music is also piped in there
