Not Disney related but does anyone know what helps with insomnia? I have been having a hard time falling asleep lately. I guess I have to much on my mind (school work). I just need sleep.
I just read an article that said to make sure you turn off all your lights, tv, radio etc. It said that any outside stimulus interferes with how you sleep and prevents you from obtain I deep sleep. I'm always falling asleep with something on though, I have a irrational fear of not waking up when I sleep. Having the tv or radio on makes me feel like I'm connected that will help me wake up, I know it's strange lol. - Sam241

Tylenol simply sleep. Take it at nine pm and go straight to bed no tV music cell phone MW lol and you should sleep a good eight hours - Mrsblue

Melatonin or benadryl, studies show warm milk does help if you don't want to go the pill route. - JediStitch

Becareful with melatonin. Your body will stop producing it if you're taking too much of the supplement. When you go to bed don't force yourself to fall asleep. How Late do you sleep in? Do you nap? Also, try exercising. It's a great way to release stress. Chamomile tea too - KissDclown

Thanks everyone. @KissDclown I go to bed about 12am but don't fall asleep until about 1:30am to 2 even or later. I have no time to nap, although I wish I did and I wake up about 6am. However, I don't exercise but desperately need to. I need to make time for that somehow. I am definitely going to try one of the sleep suggestions mentioned above tonight and hope that helps. I hve trouble sleeping so when I get really tired, like day 4 I take just one Tylenol pm and go to bed early with nothing on and my phone out of reach. - smilinbeckett

Try gettin into bed at about 10 if you can that way you have more time to fall asleep. Stay away from caffeine too - KissDclown
