Hey mw'ers, not Disney related but I need some advice from good friends. With the single riders meetup coming up in a few weeks, what those a woman look for in a man, I mean I've been told numerous times that I'm "too nice". Is there such a thing as too nice? That's how most of my relationships have ended. Anyways, thanks for listening and your feedback would be much appreciated and hope to see a lot of you at the "single riders meetup"
I've heard girls say that about guys also. It's a ridiculious reason though. Stay how you are. If your "too nice" your in the right direction. - CxD_CM

There is no such thing as too nice. My hubby is the nicest guy I have ever met in my entire life!! And I would never leave him for being to nice. I think you just haven't met the right person for you. When you do, she will love how nice you are and appreciate it. I dated a lot of bad boys but I married a nice guy. Nice guys don't really finish last. Just be yourself. Trying to change yourself for a relationship might work for a short time but it never does in the long haul. - kirsten!

Don't change who you are. What I think is intended most times when someone says that. Is maybe too passive, or weak minded. So a nice way to say that is "too nice"
That's just my opinion.

Any girl who is worth your time will appreciate you for who you are. Most girls want a nice guy, but someone who is willing to stand his ground and be confident and proud of who he is. Just be yourself , and if you find that Yoyr compromising too much of who you are to make her happy, then its most likely not the right one - mistressgracey

Too nice is good. If I guy is looking for someone other then someone "too nice" then they aren't looking for something real... They are looking for a non-emotional relationship. This coming from a guy who was a "too nice" guy for years, who was friends with the kinds of guys that wanted bad girls. "you're too nice" can also mean "I'm just not that into you"... Because seriously how can someone be too nice?? I have used the "you're too nice" excuse on guys I'm not really interested in, and I've had it used on me... There is nothing wrong with being nice, although there is a line between being a nice person and being the person that people take advantage of. This is coming from experience, being the latter gets you nowhere and girls tend to not like that especially if it interferes with you relationship. There's nothing wrong with being a nice guy and I truly believe every girl wants to marry the nice guy, I know I do. That being said, I think the girls who broke up with you because you're "too nice" are not being honest. They probably think this is the easiest thing to say when breaking it off but it's not because it doesn't really tell anyone what was wrong. - JediStitch

I know that When I was single I looked for a man who was willing to take initiative, nice guys are a must, you just have to not be a complete pushover, it's hard to relate to somebody who just agrees with EVERYTHING you say, just let them know what your opinion is. I hope this helps! - Tangled
