We moved to Anaheim in December. We're actually borderline Buena Park/Cypress. We're within a block or two of Cypress College, a middle school, an elementary school, and minutes from Cypress High School. We're renting an apartment right now, I feel the price is decent for a 2 bedroom. I live in newport coast.. expensive but great neighborhoods... very clean, great schools, and 25 minutes from Disneyland!!! That's the hard part about moving to OC is when you can rent a nice house in the IE for a certain price, but if you want the same type of house/neighborhood in the OC, you can't find one for around the same price. Last house I rented was in a nice neighborhood in Murrieta. It was a big nice 2 story with a private pool and spa for $1600. I had to move in with my Mom to save money. And her rent is $1200 because the landlord hasn't raised her rent in 10 years! So lucky since it's in a really nice neighborhood, 2 story, 4 bedrooms. Yikes!! When I lives on Ocean Blvd in long beach I paid $800 for a tiny studio apartment with a view of the beach. Now I live in Visalia (San Joaquin Valley) in a 2 bedroom house, big yard etc for the same price. It all depends on what you want!! - LisaMouse7531  408.8 #316 6:54PM
